Privacy Notice for Children

A short explanation for children who use PrepPath with their parent or guardian.

Effective date: 8 September 2026  |  Version: Draft 1.0

Launch draft — not yet final

This is a practical first draft, not a substitute for advice from a solicitor. Fields marked like this are placeholders still to be confirmed before this page is treated as our live policy. See the full Privacy Policy for the complete legal detail.

What is PrepPath?

PrepPath helps you practise for SEAG. Your parent or guardian owns the account and is responsible for supervising how you use it.

What do we know about you?

We do not ask for your name, birthday, school, home address, email address or phone number. We may save your practice answers, scores and progress under your parent or guardian’s account so that you can carry on learning.

Using the AI tutor

You can ask the tutor for help with a question. The tutor is made by computer software and can get things wrong, so check important answers with a trusted adult or teacher.

Keep private information private. Do not type your name, school, address, phone number, passwords, health information, photographs or secrets into PrepPath or the tutor.

Who sees the information?

Your parent or guardian can see information connected with the account. PrepPath and the companies that help run the website may process it only to provide, protect and improve the service, as explained in the full Privacy Policy.

What if you are worried?

Stop using the service and tell your parent, guardian, teacher or another adult you trust. Your parent or guardian can contact us at hello@preppath.co.uk to ask a question or request that information is corrected or deleted.
