Accessibility Statement

Our approach to making PrepPath usable by as many people as possible.

Effective date: 8 September 2026  |  Version: Draft 1.0

Launch draft — not yet final

This statement is a launch draft. Fields marked like this are placeholders that can only be filled in honestly after real accessibility testing has been done — see the Current status section below.

Our commitment

PrepPath wants parents, guardians and learners to be able to use its website and learning service regardless of disability, technology or access need. We are working toward Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a practical benchmark.

What we are working to support

Current status

This statement is a launch draft. PrepPath has not yet completed a full independent accessibility audit, so we do not claim full WCAG 2.2 AA conformance. Automated testing alone is not enough; the service should also be tested by keyboard and with representative screen-reader and zoom workflows before launch.

[AFTER TESTING, INSERT: conformance status, test date, pages/journeys tested, methods used and known limitations.]

Known limitations

Any confirmed limitation should be listed here with its impact, workaround and planned fix date. Areas requiring particular pre-launch review include timed practice, mathematical notation, interactive questions, progress charts, AI tutor controls, authentication and payment.

[INSERT KNOWN LIMITATIONS AND TARGET FIX DATES, OR STATE “NO KNOWN LIMITATIONS” ONLY AFTER TESTING.]

Feedback and help

If you cannot access part of PrepPath or need information in another format, contact hello@preppath.co.uk. Tell us the page or feature, what went wrong, and the browser or assistive technology used if you are comfortable doing so. We aim to acknowledge accessibility requests within [2 BUSINESS DAYS].

Preparation and review

This statement was prepared on 8 September 2026 and should be reviewed after the first accessibility audit and whenever a material feature changes.
